We cover all areas in and around the North East of England. Travel to SR1, SR2, SR3, SR4, SR5, SR6, SR7 & SR8 is FREE. Travel outside of this radius will incur a £0.50p charge per additional mile. If you are located outside of the North East of England, please contact us directly to see if we can accommodate you.

You can book The Pamper Truck directly via our website as well as contacting us through social media or calling us on 0191 380 7002. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date.

The pamper Truck is a long wheel based van. We require a flat, accessible space roughly the size of three standard car parking spaces long... There must be enough room for the truck to park safely and for persons to enter and exit the truck easily and safely.

We ask that you provide a safe, flat parking area (approximately three car spaces) with easy access for the truck to park and for persons to enter/exit. We also require access to a standard power socket (just one is needed!). You are welcome to set up your own decorations and extras including balloons, banners or a birthday cake!

Absolutely! The Pamper Truck is professionally fitted, fully insured and cleaned & sanitised before and after every use! All of our team members are DBS checked, experienced in working with children and are qualified within the Hair and Beauty Industry.
